NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated the 26 th day of July, 2022, entered in Case No. 2022-CA-0024 in the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for Washington County, Florida, wherein PEOPLES BANK OF GRACEVILLE, is the Plaintiff, and COTY A. GARCIA, MARIA GARCIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA through the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the lobby of the Washington County Courthouse, located at 1293 Jackson Avenue, Suite 101, Chipley, Florida, the following described Real Property situated in Washington County, Florida, and set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

physical West right of way line of Second Street; thence S00º11'27";E along the said physical west right of way line, 125.00 feet to a set Iron Rod (PSM No. 6111); thence departing said physical right of way line on a bearing of S89º48'33";W, 14.45 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
